&lt;p&gt;As the Revenue Operations Manager, EMEA, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Head of EMEA, supporting the region&#39;s sales, operations, and systems infrastructure. This is a high-impact role that blends strategy, analytics, process optimization, and hands-on execution across revenue operations disciplines.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You will own reporting, process improvements, while also supporting deal desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient sales cycles. Your work will directly influence sales productivity, and revenue growth in the EMEA region.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;WHAT YOU&#39;LL DO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Be the go-to revenue operations partner for the Head of EMEA, supporting forecasting, pipeline analysis, and sales execution.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Develop and refine reporting to provide real-time insights into regional performance, helping sales leaders make data-driven decisions.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Drive process improvements across GTM operations to increase efficiency and scalability in EMEA.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support deal desk operations, helping structure and execute complex deals in partnership with finance and legal teams.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure seamless collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Operations by refining workflows and removing bottlenecks.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain Retool’s competitiveness in EMEA.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;WHO YOU&#39;LL WORK WITH&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You’ll work closely with:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Head of EMEA&lt;/strong&gt; to drive strategy and operational excellence in the region.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Global Revenue Operations team&lt;/strong&gt; to align processes, data, and reporting across regions.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sales, Success, Marketing, and Finance teams&lt;/strong&gt; to ensure cohesive execution of GTM initiatives.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Legal and Finance&lt;/strong&gt; on deal desk processes, approvals, and contract structuring.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;WHO ARE YOU:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM role, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience with Salesforce administration and optimization.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience with deal desk operations, pricing structures, and contract processes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets and SQL skills (or the ability to learn).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proactive and solution-oriented, able to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally.&lt;/li&gt;
