&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;WHAT YOU&#39;LL DO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You’ll be an integral part of the Sales Development Leadership team and own your team&#39;s success generating qualified outbound opportunities. You’ll lead a team of highly motivated Business Development Representatives and focus on coaching and developing the team, refining, and building on our outbound strategy and partnering cross-functionally to identify additional opportunities for pipeline generation. You’ll partner with other SDR leaders, as well as Sales &amp;amp; Marketing leadership and bring purpose and drive to the team while coaching them to become best-in-class BDRs.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Sales Development &amp;amp; Sales leaders, Marketing, Recruiting, and Operations teams to shape the vision and direction of business development at Retool. And, of course, you’ll be working with, and managing, and growing your BDR team.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Own the execution of Retool’s outbound strategy, identify areas for improvement in our approach and build new messaging and workflows to ensure the team is properly trained/equipped to successfully perform against our goals.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Analyze team activity and performance data to find opportunities to improve qualification and success rates with new tactics, tools, and campaigns.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Recruit new BDRs and partner closely during the recruiting process to shape and grow the team.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Motivate individuals and the team to exceed targets through coaching, mentorship, and hands-on leadership.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Accurately forecast and report on the state of your business to guide focus across Sales Development, Marketing, and Success.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Stay close to content and product launches at Retool, and regularly update outbound messaging and tactics to reflect our expanding value proposition.&lt;/li&gt;
