This leader will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that align with our business goals, enhance our product offering, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and scaling partnerships in the tech industry, particularly within the developer tools or SaaS space.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with internal leaders to develop a partner strategy that helps Retool achieve our growth goals.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Identify, evaluate, and execute reseller partnerships in selected geographies.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage the needs, requests, and enablement of current partners.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with Marketing to scope and execute campaigns that amplify and accelerate partnership efforts.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Enable the sales team on how to utilize partners to generate pipeline and win new opportunities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with Business Operations to identify high-leverage partnerships.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Partner with Revenue Operations to measure outputs of partner efforts (e.g., pipeline sourced via partnerships).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Not In Scope: Implementation partners,&amp;nbsp; systems integrators (managed via Success), or developer network.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to integrate partnership initiatives.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lead negotiations and manage partnership agreements.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Track and report on partnership performance.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Stay up-to-date on industry trends and refine partnership strategies.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Build and lead a high-performing partnerships team.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;THE SKILLSET YOU’LL BRING:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Experience managing end-to-end SaaS sales cycles.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven success in driving activity, pipeline development, and meeting quotas.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Preferred experience in developer tools, cloud infrastructure, databases, and business intelligence.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Solution-based selling approach and ability to manage sales processes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent presentation, listening, and organizational skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to learn technical concepts and lead discussions with stakeholders.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Willingness to learn and adapt as our product and processes evolve.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUALIFICATIONS:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;8-10 years in partnership management, business development, or a related field, with a focus on the tech industry.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven success in building and scaling strategic partnerships.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong leadership and team management skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication and presentation skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.&lt;/li&gt;
