&lt;p&gt;Tens of thousands of customers rely on Retool to run their businesses, and our Product team helps shape the vision, create the roadmap, and build the products that make our customers successful.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
Your days will include collaborating with design and engineering counterparts to build the right thing at the right time, working closely with go-to-market teams to get our products into the hands of our customers, and working with company leadership to communicate the direction and vision for your product area to the rest of the organization. At Retool, Product Managers are highly flexible, technically-minded, and known for their readiness to pivot or tailor their efforts when necessary to deliver great products to our customers. As a PM on the UI Experience team, you’ll drive direction for the heart of the Retool product: the interface builder. Retool’s UI Builder aims to make it easy to create beautiful apps quickly, but also let sophisticated developers build deeply complex interfaces. It should let developers realize customized and brand-aligned designs, but also guide builders towards creating clean, usable apps by default.Finding this balance requires a great deal of product discipline, customer insight, and taste. This is where you’ll come in: as the PM for the UI Experience team, you’ll help create decision-making frameworks for the team, build the case to invest in certain UI capabilities and not others, and chart the long-term strategy for the core Retool product.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with go-to-market to launch new features and products to our customers&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Identify new opportunities and product areas for Retool to pursue&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;You have 6+ years of product management experience at a fast-growing technology company&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You’ve shipped large-scope projects end-to-end&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You know how you work best with engineering and design counterparts&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You’ve worked closely with go-to-market teams to arm them to sell and to gather product feedback&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You’ve worked closely and directly with customers, and have a knack for turning customer problems into the right product solutions&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You have a strong ownership mindset to do whatever is needed to deliver the best product to our customers&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You nurture a deep curiosity and knowledge of your customers and products&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You think not just in terms of features but platforms and systems. You thrive thinking about how the interplay of different capabilities can open up more powerful and interesting possibilities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You have significant experience with SQL, Javascript, and APIs. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you need to speak the language of caching layers, databases, and pull requests&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You have some experience with frontend development. You’ve at least dabbled with React, you’re familiar with Flexbox (even if you have to look it up every time you use it), you’ve used a component library like ShadCDN, Material UI, or Bootstrap.&lt;/li&gt;
