&lt;p&gt;Retool’s Solutions Architects help our customers harness the full power of Retool – whether it is a focused Quickstart engagement to help a new customer get started, or a year long engagement where you guide technical teams to manage hundreds of production applications.&amp;nbsp; You will directly drive value for our customers by addressing their most challenging technical problems and increasing the capacity and velocity for building solutions with our platform.&amp;nbsp; Our Professional Services team members are billable, and working directly with customers and system integration partners to scale the impact of our products.&lt;br&gt;This is a hands-on role, and includes building Retool applications, integrating our platform into the customers stack, and advising on end-to-end solutions. In addition to working directly with our customers, this role advises our system integration partners on best practices and provides delivery oversight to our highest-visibility engagements. This role will help shape the service offerings that we go to market with and build the operational processes to scale the PS function at Retool.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Advise and implement full-stack solutions using Retool&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Help our partners deliver best-in-class services to our customers, allowing us to efficiently scale the impact of our product&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Develop new service offerings based on customer / market need&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with scoping, estimating, and selling professional services engagements&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be a thought partner to Retool customers to help them build out complex internal tools for new teams and use cases&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with partner enablement and certification&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice; serving as an active contributor to the community’s overall knowledge base and expertise&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work collaboratively and have very strong communications skills, especially in teaching complex concepts, and creative, prescriptive thinking&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Identify and proactively manage risk areas and commit to seeing an issue through to complete resolution&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third-party partners&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;THE SKILLSET YOU&#39;LL BRING:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;5+ years experience with strong engineering background, preferred in fields like computer science, math and electrical engineering&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong written and verbal communication skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous experience in a customer-facing role&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to take on open-ended problems in unstructured environments&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Full-stack development experience, with strong knowledge of SQL, Javascript, and APIs&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to think on your feet and solve problems during calls with technical customers&lt;/li&gt;
